Kansas City police said Monday that a 49-year-old man’s death in November following a physical altercation with a relative has been ruled a homicide.
Vincent K. Hill of Kansas City died Nov. 22 after being taken to a hospital.
Police were sent to a residence in the 7900 block of East 108th Street just before 9 a.m. to investigate a person who was not breathing. Investigators learned that an argument involving Hill became physical.
No arrests have been made, and police continued their investigation on Monday.

It was the city’s 110th homicide for 2015. There were 81 homicides the previous year.
