The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 in an effort to solve three recent bank robberies that agents believe are related.

The robberies occurred May 22 and May 30 in Overland Park and May 30 in St. Joseph.

In each case, the suspect entered the bank wearing a Kansas City Royals ball cap, carrying a blue folder and talking on a cell phone.

Authorities describe the suspect as a black man in his 30s standing 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall with an average build. In surveillance pictures released by the FBI, he wore either a white T-shirt or a hooded sweatshirt with a Kansas City Chiefs logo on the chest.

Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
