A man robbed an Overland Park bank about 11:25 a.m. Friday, according to the FBI.

He walked in to Commerce Bank, 9501 Antioch Road, carrying a folder and acting as if he were talking on a mobile phone. He gave the teller a note with his demands but did not display a weapon, a spokeswoman with the Federal Bureau of Investigation said. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled on foot.

Witnesses described him as a black male, about 5 foot, 8 inches tall with a slim build. He wore an oversized white T-shirt, a light colored Royals baseball hat and blue baggy jean shorts.
