    Family and friends are working on rehabbing a house formerly owned by homicide victim Marco Green in the 8000 block of Michigan Avenue in Kansas City. Green was found fatally shot outside the East Hills Village Apartments on Monroe Avenue on Oct. 8. He had been renovating the Michigan Avenue house for his family, and his friends came together to help finish the job.

    Kansas City police are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead and a woman hospitalized. The Sunday morning shooting in the 2700 block of Denver Avenue left a car riddled with holes. Police are asking anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
