Three people have been assaulted during a string of burglaries at a Kansas City, Kan., apartment complex, police said.
Detectives are investigating four recent break-ins at the complex in the 3100 block of Woodview Ridge Drive. In three of the incidents, a burglar assaulted residents, according to police.
In each case, the burglar entered through balcony doors, both on upper and lower levels, police said.
Victims have not been able to provide a detailed description of the man. Police encourage residents to keep their doors locked at all times.
The complex is south of Interstate 35 and east of 18th Street.
