Investigators recovered the body of an infant that was found by utility workers on April 26, 2004, just west of Tiffany Springs Road and Green Hills Road in the Northland. The infant was discovered in a plastic bag on a closed section of Tiffany Springs Road that was left after Tiffany Springs Road was rerouted in the area.
