    A U-Haul van being chased by Kansas Highway Patrol cars rolled over at the I-35 exit to Santa Fe in Olathe, Kansas, after spike sticks were deployed. The van had sped away from a Franklin County gas station, reaching speeds of 100 mph, after not paying for fuel. Video by John Sleezer/The Kansas City Star
