Partnership approved

At its meeting Monday, the Overland Park City Council approved a three-way partnership with a private developer and the Kansas Department of Transportation to bring an interchange to 159th Street and U.S. 69. It also approved a $32 million Transportation Development District, which will put an additional 1 percent sales tax on all retail in a new development to be built Price Brothers.
