Olathe Medical Center is conducting an online survey about health care needs in southern Johnson County.
The hospital is asking people to go to www.surveymonkey.com/r/OMC_2015 to complete the survey by Oct. 12.
Also, a town hall meeting, with breakfast provided, will be from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Oct. 20 at the Olathe Health Education Center, 21201 W. 152nd St. in Olathe.
The information gathered will go into a report, the Johnson County Community Health Needs Assessment, to meet federal Affordable Care Act regulations. Those regulations require non-profit hospitals to assess community health needs at least once every three years.
Never miss a local story.
“We hope the community will take advantage of this opportunity to provide input into the future of healthcare delivery in our county,” Frank H. Devocelle, president/CEO of Olathe Health System, said in a statement.
