Grundfos extends lease

Grundfos USA has signed a five-year lease extension on its Olathe facility at 17100 W. 118th St., according to a news release from the Olathe Chamber of Commerce.

The 58,000-square-foot building is home to the company’s North American operation.

Grundfos USA, which designs and manufactures a variety of pumps, has about 250 employees in the Kansas City area. The company’s products are used at Boulevard Brewing Co., the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts, Garmin Ltd.’s headquarters and other sites in the Kansas City area.

In other Olathe leasing news:

• Letko Cycles has relocated from Shawnee to the former Esther Williams Pools building at 12535 S. Rogers Road.

• Technics 2000 has expanded at Rosehill Business Park, 870 N. Jan Mar. The company purchased a nearly 10,000-square-foot building in the business park. Technics 2000 already operated out of a nearly 26,000-square-foot facility at the park.

Spa changes name

Natural Body Leawood, located in the Town Center Crossing at 4431 W. 119th St., has changed its name to Milagro Midwestern Spa Collective.
