12/11/17 16:51 197TH ST, BELTON
On Dec. 11 at approximately 1651 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the report of a domestic disturbance in the 7400 block of East 197th Street outside of Belton. Upon arrival, one subject resisted arrest and was taken into custody.

12/13/17 12:24 192ND ST, BELTON
On Dec. 13 at approximately 1247 hours, a deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 2100 block of East 192nd Street in rural Belton in regard to a report of a disorderly subject. The subject was contacted and taken into custody for property damage.
12/15/17 00:03 ASH ST, BELTON
On Dec. 15 at approximately 0003 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the 19000 block of South Ash Street in rural Belton regarding a dispute between neighbors. The deputy contacted the victim who advised that the suspect entered his home without permission and attempted to hit him. A suspect has been identified and was taken into custody.

On Dec. 15 at approximately 1111 hours, a deputy was dispatched to Auction At Jaudon, 20406 Missouri D in Belton, in reference to a theft. The reporting party said a car hauler trailer was stolen from this business. No suspects have been identified.
12/15/17 22:34 NB 49/155TH, BELTON
On Dec. 15 at 2234 hours, a deputy was involved in a vehicle pursuit with a white Ford F-350 pickup which was reported stolen out of Grandview. At the conclusion of the pursuit, the male driver fled the scene on foot but was apprehended a short time later.
12/12/17 22:41 B/CONNELLY, GARDEN CITY
On Dec. 12 at approximately 2241 hours, a deputy was dispatched to a one-vehicle crash on Missouri B, east of Connelly Lane in rural Cass County. Upon arrival, the deputy located a Buick LeSabre, which had went off the roadway and was fully engulfed in flames. Once the fire was extinguished, the driver of the vehicle was found inside and determined to be deceased by the Jackson County Medical Examiner. Next of kin was notified. A sheriff’s office spokesman identified the driver who died as Miguel M. Torres, 23, of Archie. The fatal crash remains under investigation.

On Dec. 16 at approximately 0445 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the area of 223rd Street and State Line Road to check the welfare of a female. Prior to the deputy’s arrival in the area, dispatch said the female party was located and transported home. Contact was made with the female, who stated an assault occurred in Kansas.
12/16/17 12:51 K/235TH, EAST LYNNE
On Dec. 16, a deputy made contact with a male who stated that his vehicle was stolen from the intersection of Missouri K and 235th Street, north of East Lynne. The vehicle was identified as a maroon 1991 Chevrolet Silverado which was entered into MULES as stolen.
12/17/17 15:26 STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN
On Dec. 17 at approximately 1528 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the 27200 block of South Missouri C in reference to property damage. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with a male, who said that somebody had driven by his house approximately one month ago and shot his mother’s car and his boat.

On Dec. 13 at 1937 hours, a deputy arrived at the Dollar General store, 98 Old Missouri 7 in Garden City, and made contact with the store manager in reference to suspicious activity that occurred on Dec. 12.
12/14/17 14:19 HATFIELD RD/337TH, GARDEN CITY
On Dec. 14 at approximately 1422 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the sheriff’s office in Harrisonville for a walk-in report in reference to a stealing. The reporting party stated someone stole his John Deere tractor from his property located at Hatfield Road and 337th Street in rural Garden City. A suspect has not been identified.
12/11/17 16:54 QUICK TRIP, HARRISONVILLE
On Dec. 11 at 1654 hours, a deputy, along with their K-9 partner, Champ, responded to assist the Harrisonville Police Department who were in a foot pursuit with a suspect wanted for theft. Prior to his apprehension, the male suspect stabbed K-9 Champ in the left side of his neck causing serious injury.
12/12/17 12:31 MAIN ST, HARRISONVILLE
On Dec. 12, a deputy responded to a call of suspicious activity in the 30100 block of South Main Street in Harrisonville. The deputy made contact with the reporting party who said that a white, older model Ford Ranger had driven up to her home. The driver, described as a white male with a dark-colored hoodie and baggy pants, walked up to her windows but left when she confronted him.

On Dec. 14 at approximately 0906 hours, a deputy was dispatched to respond to 245th Street and Camp Branch Road in rural Harrisonville in reference to a report of suspicious activity. The reporting party stated he observed a male subject stealing items from his neighbor’s property. A suspect was identified, taken into custody, and transported to the Cass County jail.
12/12/17 10:39 HARPER RD, PECULIAR
On Dec. 12, a deputy responded to the 23200 block of South Harper Road in Peculiar for a report of property damage. A male told the deputy that he located damage from where the residence appeared to be shot from a firearm. No suspect has been identified at this time.
12/14/17 11:29 HUNTER RD, PECULIAR
On Dec. 14 at approximately 1212 hours, a deputy conducted an investigation in regard to suspicious activity. The deputy spoke with the reporting party who provided the deputy with information regarding the suspicious activity. A report was taken to document the incident.

On Dec. 17 at approximately 1331 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the 13600 block of East 249th Street in Peculiar in reference to a disorderly subject. At approximately 1340 hours, the deputy made contact with the subject.

On Dec. 11 at approximately 0611 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the 17800 block of Rock Island Drive in Pleasant Hill in reference to a stolen vehicle. The victim last saw his vehicle at approximately 2100 hours. No suspect has been identified at this time.

On Dec. 12 at approximately 2357 hours, a deputy responded to the 19500 block of South Gray Drive in Pleasant Hill in regard to a disturbance. A suspect has been identified. No arrest has been made.
12/16/17 14:35 JOHNSON RD, PLEASANT HILL
On Dec. 16, a deputy investigated a report of property damage and stealing that occurred in the 20100 block of South Johnson Drive in Pleasant Hill. The reporting party told the deputy that someone had drilled a hole in the gas tank of his 2012 Ford F-150 and took approximately 10 gallons of fuel. No suspect has been identified.

On Dec. 11 at approximately 2141 hours, a deputy was dispatched to the 1500 block of North Mullen Avenue in Raymore for a physical disturbance in progress. Contact was made with a female who stated a subject forced entry into her residence. One subject was taken into custody on multiple charges.

On Dec. 12, a deputy investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1500 block of North Lyne Avenue in Raymore. A male told the deputy his 1994 Chevrolet was stolen from the residence.

On Dec. 13 at approximately 0951 hours, a deputy responded to the sheriff’s office in Harrisonville in reference to a report of a walk-in report of property damage. The reporting party stated someone damaged his fence. A suspect has been identified.

On Dec. 17 at approximately 0539 hours, a deputy conducted a residence check in the 1500 block of North Lyne Avenue in Raymore. A stolen car was retrieved and suspects were identified.
