Super bargains make for merry moms

On tax-free weekend in Blue Springs, the artificial-grass floor of Sports City is not covered with cleats and soccer balls, but rather with rows and rows of children’s clothing, strollers, toys, cribs and other gear. Dozens of moms, grandmas and even a few people who just like to shop line up for the chance to get first choice at the pickings of used items available for the Kid’s Closet Connection Fall Sale event.
