Clay County Presiding Commissioner: Incumbent faces veteran politician

Jerry Nolte says there’s too much patronage in Clay County, which needs to be run more professionally to avoid lawsuits that have drained taxpayer money. Incumbent Pam Mason says the county is being governed well.
