Richmond, Mo., man dies in motorcycle crash

A 46-year-old Richmond, Mo., man died Wednesday night when he was thrown from his motorcycle in Ray County.

Robert R. Foster was headed south on Missouri Route C about 10:10 p.m. when he lost control of his 1981 Honda motorcycle south of 156th Street, according to a preliminary crash report from the Missouri Highway Patrol.

Foster was thrown from the motorcycle as it traveled off the side of the road.

Foster was flown to a Kansas City hospital were he later died.
