Authorities have identified a man found dead in a Lee’s Summit hotel on Saturday as Terry P. Voigt, 44, of Post Falls, Idaho.

Officers were called to the Comfort Inn in the 900 block of Southeast Oldham Parkway about 10 a.m. on Saturday to investigate a body. Voigt had been staying with a group of co-workers in town for a training seminar.

The cause of death has not been determined, police said Wednesday. Investigators are awaiting the results of an autopsy and toxicology reports.
