Judge reduces award from $12.4M to $925,622 in William Koch lawsuit over fake wine

A federal judge has thrown out $12 million in punitive damages awarded to billionaire William Koch in his lawsuit accusing a fellow oenophile of selling him 24 bottles of fake Bordeaux and reduced the award to $711,622.
