Vandals target cars in Kansas City, North

Kansas City police are seeking suspects responsible for a rash of car vandalism incidents in the Northland.

Multiple victims have filed reports with police after discovering broken-out windows on their vehicles early Wednesday morning. The crimes occurred across a wide swath of neighborhoods in Kansas City north of the river.

Police released home surveillance video that captured a suspect getting out of a vehicle and smashing the side windows of a car parked on the street. The suspect was wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.

</div> <p>The suspect’s vehicle appeared to be a lighter-colored, possibly silver or light gray, four-door SUV.</p> <p>At least 10 reports were taken by police, and some of the reports involved multiple victims.</p> <p>Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.</p>
