‘True Detective’ finale crashes HBO Go

As many fans know, the HBO Go streaming service crashed under the load of people trying to watch the final episode of “True Detective.”

HBO Tweet Sunday night:

Due to overwhelmingly popular demand for #TrueDetective, we've been made aware of an issue affecting some users. Please try again soon. — HBO GO (@HBOGO) March 10, 2014

You can watch the “True Detective” finale on the regular HBO TV channel, if you are a subscriber.

The HBO schedule says that the series finale will re-air at 11 p.m. Monday, and the episode will be available through On Demand until March 23.
