Lawrence police arrested a person on a charge of second degree murder this morning after another person was stabbed to death at an apartment in the 4300 block of West 24th Place.

Police did not release the name of either the victim or the suspect who they said was being held at the Douglas County Jail. Police said the 3:30 a.m. stabbing related to domestic violence.
