Screaming and topless, a woman chased a man through a Lenexa department store Monday after she caught him attempting to photograph her inside a dressing room.
The man made it out of the store, but Lenexa police arrested a man several blocks away.
On Tuesday, Jeremy F. Bradley, 35, of Raytown, was charged in Lenexa Municipal Court with a misdemeanor charge of breach of privacy.
The incident occurred Monday afternoon at Kohl’s in the 12300 block of West 95th Street. The woman told police she had gone into the dressing room to try on bras when she saw a hand holding a cellphone under the partition.
She began yelling for help and chased the man despite her state of partial undress.
“She ran topless after the guy,” said Master Police Officer Dan Friesen. “She definitely got the attention of other shoppers.”
After police caught the man, who had a phone on him when he was arrested, they took him back to the store, where witnesses identified him, according to Friesen.
