Police are looking for a man who robbed a Kansas City, North, bank Friday and possible was involved in a hit-and-run crash as he fled.
The man entered the Bank of the West in the 5200 block of N.W. 64th Street at about 11:25 a.m.
According to the FBI:
The man gave a teller a note demanding money. No weapon was shown.
The man fled with an unspecified amount of cash in an older model, green or teal Ford Taurus. The car might have been involved in a hit-and-run crash as the robber fled.
The robber was described as being a white male, about 6 feet tall and weighing 220 pounds. He had short blondish-brown hair that was cut close.
He was wearing blue jeans, an untucked long-sleeved blue, green and white plaid shirt with a white undershirt. He also was wearing clear glasses.
