One man died, and three others were wounded early Sunday morning in a quadruple shooting on Kansas City’s east side.
Shortly after 2 a.m. police responded to a report of a shooting at East 24th Street and Park Avenue. When they arrived they found two men with gunshot wounds. Police rushed both men to area hospitals, where one — a 19-year-old — was pronounced dead.
Two other men who had been shot at the scene made it to an area hospital in a private vehicle. The condition of all three men was not known.
