Postal employee charged with stealing pain pills from mail

A Postal Service employee has been charged with stealing pain pills from the mail, federal officials announced Thursday.

A Postal Service employee has been charged with stealing pain pills from the mail, federal officials announced Thursday.

Sherry Robertson, 40, of Kansas City, Kan., is charged in U.S. District Court with five counts of mail theft by a postal employee and one count of possessing Hydrocodone with the intent to distribute it.

She is accused of taking pills from the mail five times from September to May.
