Two men shot in Kansas City; one dead, one critically wounded

Kansas City police found one man shot dead and another critically wounded at about 10:45 p.m. Thursday in the 4200 block of Flora Avenue.
Police were called there by a report of a shooting, said Darrin Snapp, a police department spokesman. When officers arrived, they found two men in their mid-20s in a vehicle with gunshot wounds. The man in the driver's seat was pronounced dead at the scene. The other was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Snapp said police have no information on suspects. Detectives ask anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
