The momentum continues for Corbin Park.

After landing mega sports superstore Scheels, which plans to open on the east side of the center in mid-2015, several smaller tenants also are coming on board.

•  Corner Bakery Cafe plans to put up an 8,000-square-foot building in the center, at the entrace to Von Maur. If all goes as planned, it will open in half the space later this year and lease out the other 4,000 square feet to another tenant.

•  BrewTop Pub & Patio, a sports bar and live music venue, plans an early September opening. The locally owned company also has locations in Lee’s Summit and the Northland.

•  Locally owned Visionary Jewelers has signed a lease and plans to relocate from 9155 W. 133rd St., Overland Park, later this year.

Sprouts Farmers Market, Kirkland’s, Stein Mart and Ulta Beauty are under construction in the center and all three plan to open in the first quarter of 2014.
