Shawnee man charged with sodomy, solicitation of teen

A Shawnee man is charged with criminal sodomy and electronic solicitation of a 16-year-old.

Johnson County authorities arrested Jeremy John Way, 42, on Friday, according to court records. He was released after posting bond, which was set at $100,000.

Way declined to discuss the charges Sunday night when reached by telephone at his home.
