A federal judge in Kansas City has sentenced a Lee’s Summit man to 15 years in federal prison for his role in a drug-trafficking conspiracy.
Clark L. Vanosdoll, 45, who also illegally possessed a firearm, was ordered to forfeit $100,000, which represented the proceeds of the conspiracy for which he was responsible.
Vanosdoll pleaded guilty in May 2012 to participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine from Jan. 1, 2006 to May 31, 2010.
He also pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, which he had in his possession when he was arrested on Dec. 20, 2011.
Vanosdoll is the sixth defendant to be sentenced after pleading guilty to the conspiracy.
