St. Louis man killed walking on I-70 near Concordia, Mo.

A 25-year-old St. Louis man died late Monday night after he was struck by a pickup truck while walking in a lane of traffic on Interstate 70.
A 2011 Dodge Ram pickup headed west struck John E. Brown about 10:35 p.m., according to a preliminary crash report from the Missouri Highway Patrol.
He was walking in the right lane of westbound I-70 about four miles west of Concordia, Mo., in Lafayette County.
The crash is the ninth fatality accident and ninth fatality for Missouri Highway Patrol’s Troop A, which serves including Cass, Clay, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette and Ray counties.
