Northbound I-35 reopens after tractor-trailer crash closed highway north of Cameron, Mo.

Crews working the scene of the crash reopened the highway about 8:30 a.m. Northbound traffic was detoured for a while through Cameron, Mo.

The northbound lanes of Interstate 35 north of Cameron, Mo., have reopened after being closed several hours this morning following a crash involving a tractor-trailer hauling paper.

The crash occurred about 6 a.m. near the intersection of U.S. 69 and I-35 north of Cameron.

Northbound traffic was detoured through Cameron onto northbound U.S. 69 and then back onto I-35 at Exit 61 where the interstate intersects with U.S. 69.

Multiple agencies worked to clear the crash scene. The northbound lanes of the interstate reopened at 8:30 a.m.

Further details, including the extent of injuries, were not available.
