"Call Me, Maybe" singer Carly Rae Jepsen has a message for the Boy Scouts of America: Call me, never!

The pop queen tweeted today that she will not perform as scheduled at the National Scout Jamboree this summer because of the Scouts' ban on openly gay members.

She and the band Train are/were headliners for the July concert in Mount Hope, W. Va.

"As an artist who believes in equality for all people, I will not be participating in the Boy Scouts of America Jamboree this summer," she tweeted this morning.

She added: "I always have and will continue to support the LGBT community on a global level ... and stay informed on the ever changing landscape in the ongoing battle for gay rights in this country and across the globe."

Word has it that Train has also backed out of the show but would be glad to perform if the Scouts reverse their anti-gay policy.
