Several new tenants will be opening in Leawood’s Park Place this spring and summer.
Title Nine, a chain store based in the San Francisco Bay area, plans to open at 5291 W. 116th Place, across from Mestizo’s by Aaron Sanchez. The company designs and sells women’s athletic clothing and sportswear that moves from “work to workout to weekend.” It also offers a variety of sports bras in wide range of sizes and personalized bra fittings.
Other previously announced new tenants set to open in the next few weeks include:
• Romanelli Sun Galleria will take a space at 5261 W. 116th Place, next to Tallulahbelle’s. It will sell nearly 60 different collections of luxury and active-wear sport sunglasses, including Cartier, Chrome Hearts, Chanel, Maui Jim and Oakley. Owners Felix Milman and Roman Beznovsky also own three Romanelli Optix shops in Kansas City, Leawood and Overland Park.
• Pinot’s Palette, a paint party place.
• Sweetpea & Co., formerly Mady & Me, a children’s apparel, shoe and gift store.
• 801 Fish, the third concept from the owner of 801 Chophouse and Pig & Finch.
Park Place, at 117th Street and Nall Avenue, features local, regional and national specialty shops, restaurants, a boutique hotel, services, and office tenants.
