Gunman wounds four teens in Budd Park incident

Kansas City police are trying to identify a gunman who apparently shot four teenagers early Sunday because they looked at him and his girlfriend. The victims, ages 14 to 18, suffered non life-threatening injuries in the 1:10 a.m. incident at St. John and Hardesty avenues.
