Police said the attack happened on Oct. 1 at a store in a shopping district. The suspect, police said, trailed a woman in a store and made comments to her before grabbing her and attempting to kiss her.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early twenties, 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 180 pounds. On the day of the incident, the suspect wore a red ball cap, blue shirt and jeans. Police said he was seen leaving the store in a late model black Hyundai sport utility vehicle.
