A residential fire displaced 13 people at a fourplex in Platte County on Tuesday evening.
There were no injuries reported.
The fire began near an electrical box at the residence in the 11200 block of North Crooked Road, according to Dean Cull, deputy chief of the Southern Platte Fire Protection District. Cull’s department was joined by Kansas City fire at the scene.
The fire spread to the attic of the building but was largely contained by firewalls, Cull added.
