    Kansas City, Kan., fire crews worked to put out bales of recycled paper stored outside at Waste Management, 2404 S. 88th St. near Interstate 435 and Kansas 32. The fire call came in shortly after 8 a.m., and high winds were making putting out the fire difficult.
