Missouri governor won’t veto criminal law overhaul

Democratic Sen. Jolie Justus of Kansas City, the bill’s sponsor, says Gov. Jay Nixon’s office told her that he won’t stop the measure from becoming law, even though he earlier voiced concern it was too wide in scope. The bill lessens penalty for minor marijuana possession and allows stiffer sentences for incest.
