City Hall in Kansas City will be closed to the public from 8 to 10 a.m. Friday for an emergency drill by employees.

The 311 Action Center will also be closed during that time and will not be taking phone calls. Residents may still submit 311 requests via email, 3-1-1.Call.Center@kcmo.org, Twitter @KCMO311, or online at www.kcmo.gov/311.

The drill is designed to help prepare city employees to handle an emergency situation.
