CD brings back band’s big sound

Due to its size, David Basse’s City Light Orchestra doesn’t perform too often as a unit. But when it does, it creates some memorable music. Basse thinks the group recorded some memorable music on its CD “Raised Spirits.” The recording was released in 1984 as a record album. Last October it was re-released as a CD.
