AT&T wants to hire 140 in the Kansas City area

AT&T wants to hire 140 people in the Kansas City area to fill full-time and part-time positions.

The company said it has openings in its retail stores, along with customer service and technician jobs.

AT&T said 55 openings are in Kansas City, 35 in Kansas City, Kan., 20 in Lee’s Summit and a total of 30 in Belton, Blue Springs, Independence, Leavenworth, Olathe and Overland Park.

The telecommunications company said it has 470 job openings in Missouri and Kansas.
