New auto components operation will create 118 jobs in East Bottoms

Grupo Antolin plans to open an automotive components operation in Kansas City that is expected to create 118 jobs and revamp a building in the East Bottoms. The Spanish firm is seeking a $10.5 million industrial revenue bond from the city, part of an overall $18 million investment planned for the 148,800-square-foot building at 1601 Southern Road.
