The Service Employees International Union and Jobs with Justice are planning a “justice for janitors” rally on Friday, June 13 in Kansas City. The event is scheduled for noon in Mill Creek Park at the J.C. Nichols Fountain. SEIU has been working to organize janitors since 1990 in Los Angeles and now has more than 200,000 janitors around the country.
