KC real estate firm Kessinger/Hunter cuts ties with Cushman & Wakefield

The Kansas City-based commercial real estate firm Kessingger/Hunter & Co. announced Monday that it was ending its affiliation with the national firm of Cushman & Wakefield. The change was made because DTZ, a commercial real estate firm that also does business in the Kansas City area, bought Cushman & Wakefield, which “created an overlap in services,” Kessenger Chairman Chuck Hunter said.
