The company, currently at 1201 W. 47th St. in the West Plaza, is taking an 18,000-square-foot building at 1720 Cherry St. for its offices, an event space and an expanded space for Missing Ingredient, an urban farm. Bread & Butter’s restaurants are BRGR Kitchen + Bar, Gram & Dun, República, Taco Republic and Urban Table.
