KC accounting firm channels books to children in need

KPMG employees distributed about 10,000 books Saturday to Kansas City area schools and nonprofits that serve low-income children. The event was part of the accounting firm’s national Family for Literacy “Read to Succeed” initiative in partnership with the First Book literacy program.
