Authorities have identified a 4-year-old boy who died Thursday evening after being struck by a truck while riding a bike.
Mason P. McBride was riding near Ninth Street and Robin Circle in the Villas of Autumn Bend when he was struck and run over by a Rent-A-Center truck. He was dead when emergency crews arrived.
Police said the truck was driving at a slow speed. No charges are expected to be filed against the driver.
