Overland Park police asked for help this morning identifying an auto burglary suspect who they described as balding with a light, partial “comb-over.”

Police said credit cards were stolen during an auto burglary between 12:15 p.m. and 2 p.m. April 3 at the 24 Hour Fitness in the 12000 block of Metcalf Avenue.

The credit cards have been used at various retail stores in the metro area, police said.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 6 feet, 200 pounds. In a surveillance video, he is seen wearing black dress slacks and shoes, a white button-up collared shirt under a gray or light brown sports jacket.

The man also is wearing a large gold ring on his left hand. The suspect is balding, with hair only on the sides and back of his head. Police said the man has a light, partial “comb-over.”

Anyone with information about the person or the crime is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
