Kansas City police are investigating the latest homicide which occurred overnight outside the Renaissance West addiction treatment facility at 5840 Swope Parkway.</p><p>A man, who police said was an employee there, was shot to death around 12:50 a.m. this morning after he went outside to smoke a cigarette. Police identified him as Napoleon Malone, 26.</p><p>No suspects are in custody.</p><p>Police spokesman Sgt. Anthony Sanders said the man was confronted by three males who were wearing hooded jackets and were on foot.
