Olathe Municipal Court offers Amnesty Day

Olathe Municipal Court will conduct an Amnesty Day next Tuesday for those who have outstanding warrants in city court.

Residents who appear from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. in court will not be arrested on warrants issued in Olathe’s Municipal Court.

Any outstanding warrant fees will be waived for those who pay their court fines, fees and costs. The fees also will be waived for those who set up payment plans, but the fees will be reinstated if a payment is missed.
