A federal grand jury indicted a Lee’s Summit man today for allegedly stealing $650,000 worth of computer equipment from the Agriculture Department and selling it for more than $166,000. Gragg R. Vaill, 48, worked as a contract employee for the department and, between January 2006 and August 2009, purportedly stole computer switches and routing equipment.
