No weapon found after Spring Hill High School gun threat posted online

A student was being questioned by police Monday after someone posted online a threat about a gun at Spring Hill High School.

School officials said that no weapon was found and that students and staff were safe.

After the threat was posted on Facebook, someone contacted school officials, who notified law enforcement, the school said in a written statement.

There was no immediate information on whether charges would be filed.
